My new Trade Policy
From now on, I will not submit my half of the trade unless you submit your half. Your half will be in color, unless we both specify otherwise (like if we both decide to do a black and white trade, etc.), and your half will have a background, no matter how simple it must be. No, I do not care about how good you are, I don't care whether you can color good or not. All I ask is that your half be in color. Either Traditional or Digital is fine.
And I can understand in special cases if you're not able to complete your half. That's fine.
